This was a day that I will never forget. It was in the afternoon in Jerusalem, and I got a call from my father in Washington DC. It was not our ususal telephone time, and he told me to make sure that I was sitting down. He then told me what happened. A complete shock.

The Cold War affected the United States and the whole world. Sometimes it heated up and there were proxy wars, like in Korea, Vietnam and the Middle East. It got to a point that Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev, each in his own country to try something different.

This is a subject that still holds our attention 58 years later. Who really killed JFK? If he would have been re-elected would history still be the same? Vietnam war? Watergate? We will never know.
