Emma: Wow, it is nice and cool here. I could stay here all day!
Mom: Please start with your list: Look at these tomatoes, they are so nice and red!
Emma: And I like the cucumbers, they look perfec
Mom: I'm sorry, but the eggplants don't look good, they are too soft!
Emma: The beets look good, especially if you are going to bake them.
Mom: Not a bad idea, then I don't have to spend so much time boiling them.
Emma: I am taking a bag of carrots, and this nice bag of lettuce and cabbage.
Mom: What did we forget?
Emma: Look here I wrote: potatoes, yams, garlic, onions, lentils, and mushrooms.
Mom: You go ahead and put them in the cart, and I am going to the fruit section.
apples, pears, lemons and grapes.
Emma: I'm putting them all in the cart, How many apples do you want? How about seven?
Mom: Fine, and don't forget the melon for dessert.
Emma: But you said that you would bake a cake! Why do we have to get a melon?
Mom: It is on my diet. I will bake the cake, but I should eat the melon instead.
Emma: Let's go pay, this is going to be heavy to take home.
Mom: I don't think so, most of it will go in the grocery cart.
