Japan’s Isolation: Closed Doors in the East, Story of the World, Book 3 Chapter 10

The Japanese were very wary of the Christians because they saw what the "Thirty Years War" was doing to Europe.  So they decided to close Japan! 






Read pages 86-88 and then discuss these questions with your teacher.

Explain about this religion: what was it concerned with? How did people act with this new religion?
